These plant cubes are for seeds or cuttings to act as a growing media. These dried organic plant starter cubes have superb water retention that has an accurate water to air ratio. Therefore, providing the perfect growing media (environment) for your seed or cutting.

Eazy Plug products are 100% compostable and made up from almost all organic materials like Rock Wool, coir pith, black and white peat, garden soil, potting soil, soil-less mixes, bark fines and wood mulch, sand and grit, wood fibres, perlite, pumice, clay and vermiculite.

Eazy Plug, with its organic materials and our special way of bonding, has a fixed pH and EC value that remains constant even after water or solution is added due to the buffering properties of the material. Making this product less prone to errors.

Just make sure that the plug always drains the excess water and don’t overwater. Because the growing conditions are always optimal, Eazy Plug creates a very fast and powerful rooting and germination platform.

Eazy Plug will always remain firmly bonded together as a whole. This minimises the risk on root damage during sorting, transplanting or replanting, thus preventing the plant from diseases.

The Eazy Plug range comes with a basic fertiliser so your plants are nourished well during the first 2 to 3 weeks. You can also use your own nutrients right from the start as the products’ buffering properties prevent over-feeding.

You may want to know:

  • The cubes will become very sticky and hard which will reduce the risk to root damage when transplanting but water retention remains unaffected.
