What It Is Used For

CFL lighting is a form of high-output fluorescent lighting that runs at a lower wattage and heat than HID lighting. This is ideal for those seeking high yields whilst cutting electricity costs. The light promises a long life of around 8000 hours and no separate ballast is included as it is built into the unit.

How To Use CFL Lighting Kit

This runs directly through a mains plug. It simply requires installing and then its settings can be customized for your usage. Blue spectrum lighting is available for vegetative growth and red spectrum lighting is available for flowering stage growth. Both are highly effective for these processes whilst promising a minimal heat output.
