What It Does

It is made for fast-growing, carbon dioxide-hungry crops. This generator can create more than double the carbon dioxide found in the regular atmosphere. A CO2-concentrated environment allows plants to thrive in higher temperatures, grow faster and bear denser foliage.  

How It Works

It is based around the MotherNature bucket filled with organic material. The bacteria inside start to ferment and break down at 22C and as a result start to produce CO2. The provided pump can then add oxygen which can further even more CO2 production. The attached pump is meant to be plugged into a lighting relay or timer and the unit is functioning best when in sync with your lighting routine. This means when the lights are on so is the CO2 generator and when the lights are off, the generator will be turned off meaning active CO2-producing bacteria are re-energised in the bucket.

Functionality

It is simple to operate. For best results ‘pulse’ the C0₂ Generator during ‘lights-on’. Using a timer set the Generator to run for 5-10 mins and switch off for 60 mins. Repeat this pattern throughout ‘lights-on’ to ensure an ample supply of C0₂. During ‘lights-off’ your Generator should be completely switched off. Lift the lid and add hot (not boiling) water to the mix. A 5L Generator can supply enough CO₂ for up to 1.2m x 1.2m. / 4ft x 4ft. A 10L Generator can supply enough CO₂ for up to 2.4m x 2.4m. / 8ft x 8ft. Per 5L add 1.25L of how water to the CO2 generator. Allow 24 hours before using it. This allows the contents to become active. The lid should be removed after water is added.
