This product comes complete with a precise 15-minute segmental timer and 25mm pipe connector fittings. Most significantly, this IWS Unit comes with an upgraded 3000L/hr pump.

How IWS Complete Control Unit Pro (Brain & Remote Timer) Works

In times and durations set by the IWS Timer, the nutrient is pumped from the FlexiTank to the IWS Control Unit. The Control Unit is directly connected to the pots in the systems through pipework. Pots fill as the control unit fills up, this stops when the top float valve inside the Control Unit is engaged the flow of water is stopped. This prevents the system from overflowing.

How to Use and Assemble

Each pot consists of two parts. The outer pot is connected through glands and fittings to pipework in the system. This delivers nutrient solutions to the pots as the system floods. The inner pot contains the root mass and substrate. This allows it to submerge in nutrients while the media is kept contained and in shape inside the inner pot. Once assembled, the intervals of feeding and flooding can be set with the segmental timer.
