How to Use Cultilene CRB Large (35mm) Propagator Tray

The Cutiline rockwool cubes are designed to fit in the provided block holes and are supplied in a ready-to-use tray. The cubes require soaking before applying seeds or cuttings. Each grow cube will fit into larger rockwool cubes when the seeds or cuttings are ready for transplanting.

To Plant Seeds:

• Insert 2 seeds in the hole. Use a toothpick or other slim implement to press them to the bottom
• Pinch hole closed
• Place cubes in a propagation tray or humidity dome to contain moisture
• Maintain at 70-80°
• Water sparingly every couple of days or mist, to keep the cube moist
• Remove the container lid and place it under lights as soon as seeds start to sprout

To Propagate Cuttings:

• Dip cut end in rooting hormone
• Plant cutting in rockwool cube
• Fill the propagation tray full with vermiculite or perlite
• Place rockwool cubes on top of growing media
• Cover the propagation tray to contain moisture
• When roots emerge slightly open the container
• Increase opening day after
• Remove the container when roots have appeared
• Transplant when roots show out of the bottom of the cubes
