Black Pearl was the first product in Grotek Organics line! Grotek was the first to bring engineered charcoal to our industry in 2009 as a means to improve soil quality, plant growth, and to stimulate soil biology. Black Pearl is more than just high-quality charcoal. It is a super mineralized with organic inputs like volcanic and sedimentary rock dust, natural chelates, and kelp extract. The harmony between ingredients provides a dramatic boost to crops when added to any nutrient program. Remember that not all charcoal is the same. Grotek use virgin wood fibre from sustainably managed forests charred in an engineered pyrolysis process.

Directions for use: Black Pearl is best applied by mixing it into soil or soilless media rather than as a top dress. This product is not water soluble and should not be used in re-circulating hydroponic systems.
Reconditioning medium: Apply 4 g (1 tsp) per 4 L (1 gal) of media and mix well. On a larger scale apply 28 g (7 tsp) per 28 L. This product is intended for a single application prior to planting.
