The IWS Dripper System is the ideal system to perfectly customize every facet of your grow set-up. This system uses 4 litre per hour pressure compensated drippers and provides ideal conditions for nutrient management and monitoring of pH and EC runoff. The IWS Dripper System is perfect for growers who want control and input over their automated feeding.
IWS Dripper System pumps nutrient from the FlexiTank to manifolds connected to the dripper lines, via the dripper pipe. This nutrient will move directly to the plant root zone. Travelling from a 25mm dripper pipe, the dripper pipe reduces to 3.2mm drippers delivering equal nutrient solution across all the plants.
The IWS Dripper System is designed for use on flat surfaces. This will ensure that all drainage is effective. Lay out stands in their desired placement. Provide enough space to cover plant growth. Place one washer over the threaded end of the fitting (tee or elbow).
Push the threaded end of the fitting through the stand from the outside. Place another washer over the threads of the fitting inside the stand and fix it with the locknut. This can be nipped tight with a spanner to ensure a watertight seal. An even number of lanes for the Control Unit. Cut pipework to necessary lengths and connect stands before ensuring each line is connected to the control unit. Make sure the piping is level and straight, heating ends beforehand can make this easier. Run pipe from the control unit to the waste. Place puts into stands, plug the control unit into the mains and you are ready to go.
To use the drippers, start by setting up your FlexiTank and connecting the IWS pipe to it. Fit a manifold to the pipe between a pair of pots. Connect the dripper line to the manifold. Push the drippers into the pot media with two drippers per pot. Stop the run of pipe with provided tap. Fill FlexiTank with nutrient solution and plug in pump.
Application on a flat surface is an absolute must to guarantee effective and even drainage. Using stands for elevation is key to allow effective run-off. It's inadvisable to use the system without stands.
