Tents are an easy part of hydroponics, most especially indoor growing.

UK hydroponic tents come in different sizes, the standard is 1.2 by 1.2 metres but it depends on the grower’s area.  We refer to this as a ‘standard size’ due to the use of a 600w light since its perfectly optimised for a tent of this size. 

Using a light with less intensity would result in less of a yield.  Using a light with more intensity could harm your crop.  However, using a 1000w light with an air cooled GoldStar reflector would prevent that harm thence an air-cooled reflector is essential for this size of tent and light.

Grow room tents are a good choice for individuals who don’t have the option to dedicate a full room for a grow room.  Indoor grow tents provide many benefits including space for containing a light, ballast, reflector, fan / filter, hydro system and the plants all kept in one controlled area. 

Not to mention, hydroponic grow tents keep light from bleeding out, air holes for an intake and an outtake (vents / ducting) and keeping the area sterile from unwanted issues.
